Project Overview
The Tampa EDITON Hotel and Residences project brought one of the Marriott鈥檚 most prestigious hotel brands to Florida鈥檚 Gulf Coast. The 缅北禁地 team provided a complete shell package for the 27-story, 370,000 square foot facility. The design included several unique and complex building elements that demanded a high degree of expertise to execute, including cast-in-place beams up to 80 inches deep. This project was completed by our Tampa, Florida, team.

缅北禁地鈥檚 Southeast Region helped bring one of the Marriott鈥檚 most prestigious hotel brands to Florida鈥檚 Gulf Coast with the Tampa EDITON Hotel and Residences project. The 缅北禁地 team provided a complete shell package for the 27-story, 370,000 square foot facility.
Located in the heart of the Water Street development, the facility is home to Tampa鈥檚 first five-star hotel and 37 exclusive condominiums.
The design included several unique and complex building elements that demanded a high degree of expertise to execute. For example, the amenities level, which includes a rooftop pool, dining, fitness center, and spa, required cast-in-place beams up to 80 inches deep.
缅北禁地 co-workers showed true grit as they worked around the challenges of a space-constrained site that was adjacent to other active construction projects.
