440 Penn is a 13th story, mixed-use apartment building over three levels of below-grade parking, with retail on the 1st floor at DC鈥檚 thriving Union Market. The building will consist of residential amenity areas on the 2nd and Penthouse floors. 缅北禁地 successfully lead many coordination efforts on the project. These coordination items included a muti-level foundation, the preservation of an existing fa莽ade, Structural slabs for the amenity spaces, exposed (board-form) finish walls, and Architectural Sunshade balconies structures.
